Injury Prevention Work Smart Not Just Hard

Pictured here is Claire following our procedures to help the reoccuring impingement in her left shoulder with the exercise "90/90".

A common theme for injuries with your training is a lack of recruitment from the correct muscle groups when performing a specific exercise. Poor mechanics are exposed due to this, and the required steps need to be taken to minimise inefficiencies in the body, so to reduce the chances of injury. Pictured here is Claire following our procedures to help the reoccuring impingement in her left shoulder with the exercise "90/90". This targets Scapula strength and stability, and also shoulder strength, stabilization and range of movement.
